Membranes are now the centre piece to efforts to clean up wastewater, poor quality brackish water, and stormwater. While they are being used in an ever expanding range of ways, the problems and limitations remain and the search is never ending for new approaches to minimize membrane fouling, increase product yield and reduce costs.
