How can governments and business best address water risk? Achieving water security is fast becoming a priority for governments and business, in the context of growing global resource use and climate change-induced water scarcity and shocks. The challenges to addressing the issue of water security across sectors, levels, and borders are many and complex and the risks of failing to tackle them are high. This conference will bring together policy makers, business leaders and experts to ask how a water policy agenda can be built. The keynote speaker is Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, Mexico.
