Conference on Desalination, Brine Management and Water Recycling at IIT Bombay, India, 21 - 22 July, 2023
Environmental Science and Engineering Department (ESED, formerly CESE), IIT Bombay is organizing a ‘Conference on Desalination, Brine Management and Water Recycling’ IIT Bombay on July 21–22, 2023. The conference intends to encourage young researchers to showcase their work on the different domains of environmental science and engineering in front of a committee of experts and garner them fruitful inputs for their research and careers. The major thematic areas (but not limited to) of the conference are listed below.
❖ Desalination technologies
❖ Water and wastewater recycling
❖ Brine treatment and management
❖ Emerging contaminants removal technologies
❖ Novel membrane materials and fabrication
❖ Advanced oxidation/reduction processes.

Call for Posters
The participants are requested to submit an abstract (template in Word) to coeiitb23@gmail.com by July 5, 2023. Participants are requested to write “Abstract for DeSaltM23 <>“ in the subject line while sending by email. Acceptance notification will be communicated to authors with a request to submit the soft copy of the final poster in camera-ready form by June 20, 2023. Preference will be given to posters that deal with recent advancements, applications and developments in the aforesaid thematic areas. All posters submitted for presentation at the conference must be original and should not have been presented elsewhere. All posters will be subjected to review and decisions will be conveyed to the authors accordingly.
