This conference will provide a platform to increase awareness, exchange knowledge, ideas and recent research findings between specialists about adaptation and minimization strategies of climate change effects through sustainable management of marine resources. This is a great opportunity for Oceanographer, Marine Ecologist, Marine Biologist, Aquaculture and Fisheries Scientists and Government and Non- Government Organizations to present, discuss, and find common ground and solutions for situations facing all segments of the marine resources.

The program of ICOSMaP - 2013 conference will include keynote addresses by leading international experts during the plenary sessions, technical presentations, special panel discussions and poster sessions. Paper will be made available to delegate prior to the conference and will be included in the formal proceedings. All paper will be reviewed by scientific committee before publishing in the proceedings.

English will be the official language of the conference. No simultaneous translation facilities will be available.
