Donald Milne was, until recently, the Frontier Project Lead and has played a key role in working with senior leaders in Scottish Water to shape the future of asset management. As well as sharing with you the target operating model for asset management and how Scottish Water is making the changes, Donald will also describe the contracting model that will ensure efficient delivery of Scottish Water's next capital investment programme.
