Great initiative. Having worked on geotechnical and subsurface investigations, I've seen how early identification of weak zones and seepage pathways can significantly improve the safety and long-term performance of TSFs. Combining conventional engineering practices with smart sensors, satellite observations, and advanced geophysics offers tremendous potential for proactive risk mitigation.
