Ultrapure Water - Micro 2013

ULTRAPURE WATER Micro will be Tuesday, Nov. 12, and Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Red Lion Hotel in Portland, Oregon. The annual conference will feature four sessions on different semiconductor water treatment concerns. The sessions will focus on technologies and issues related to high-purity water in the semiconductor, solar panels, and flat panel display industries. The conference will also feature tabletop exhibits by leading water treatment suppliers to the electronics industry.
