UN Summit: Building Water Awareness

The International Water Summit at the United Nations will provide world leaders, academics, non-government organizations, private sector representatives, and the UN General Assembly an opportunity to take the first step towards organizing a worldwide education and awareness campaign on the global water crisis. This day-long event will feature a welcoming address by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki- Moon as well as multiple panels addressing the myriad water issues facing developed and developing countries alike.
