THE ANNUAL, FLAGSHIP EVENT FROM THE INDUSTRY'S MOST TRUSTED BRAND

Utility Week Forum 2024 to set new policy agenda

As the UK prepares for a new government, Utility Week is delighted to announce the return of its flagship conference, Utility Week Forum, which will  bring together industry leaders from energy and water to share their views with ministers and regulators and help shape the new policy environment.

Utility Week Forum returns to  133 Houndsditch, London, on 19-20 November 2024 , with a VIP-packed programme covering  topics including: governance, investor attractiveness, public acceptability, water and energy security, planning critical national infrastructure and many more!

Ellen Bennett, portfolio director,  Utility Week

“Energy and water businesses face huge challenges as they seek to lead the transition to net zero and clean up our waterways, and they need policymakers and regulators to understand those challenges and provide a clear and coherent framework for delivery.

Utility Week Forum will help them get that message across. An incoming government, of whatever party, represents a unique moment of opportunity to educate and inform ministers, and work with them to  shape a new policy landscape that will support infrastructure delivery on an unprecedented scale .

Utility Week Forum will bring industry leaders together with regulators and policymakers at this critical time, and through a series of interactive workshops on the day and written outputs shared after the event, will ensure their voices are heard.

Utility Week’s strategic, flagship conference promises to be a  pivotal event aiding industry leaders, regulators and stakeholders to navigate the complexities of the modern utilities under the headline theme: ‘evolving utilities’.

Speakers from companies including NESO, Open Banking and more will be joining us in November. Returning favourite features include Storm the Stage and Solution Rooms where the onus is put on delegates to input into the debate influencing policymakers, regulators and ultimately sparking industry to take action.

Written outputs will include a report outlining the policy asks of utilities, which will be shared with MPs and relevant government departments and will be used to shape Utility Week’s award-winning campaigns and editorial agenda.

Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are available for selected commercial partners.
