18 July 2016: Arrival in Amsterdam or any other EU location, Meetings/Visits as per individual agenda
19-21 July 2016, Meetings/Visits as per individual agenda in any EU location
22 July 2016, Amsterdam, Workshop on Building Sustainable and Innovative Ventures in EU and India.
PARTICIPATION FEES
Fee is Euro 2750 per person. Fee covers registration to 1 workshop in Amsterdam and organization of 5 meetings/visits anywhere in in the EU with prospective partners/clients. Travel and stay expenses are not included. Second or more persons from the same organisation, going for the same conference and meetings will be charged Euro 2250 per person.
It is also possible to just have meetings or just participate in the Workshop. Fee for the just any one workshop is Euro 350.
All fees have to be paid in advance. Visa is responsibility of the participant. Cancellation fee of 25% will be applicable if cancelled one week before the workshop/s, and 50% for the meetings. There will be no fee reimbursement if cancellation is done on or after 28 June 2016.

About the Mission Director
Vivek Nagpaul, founder of EuroAsian Consulting Network advices Government, Multinationals, University Presidents and NGOs to develop and manage collaborations, ventures and talent in India and Europe. Some of beneficiary organisations include Municipal Government of Eindhoven, INHolland, Hague and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Twente and Leiden University in Netherlands. In India, Vivek has advised Badruka Group of Educational Institutions, Sonthalia, Babukhan, Soham Group in Hyderabad and Mumbai. Vivek is specialized in Business Schools and Technology Institutes and conducts management and faculty development workshops.
