Adeniyi Adebiyi, WASH Specialist/ Water Engineer at MSF Holland and Debaf Civil Geoenvironmental Consult

Several years of working experience as an executive director in water supply services - urban and rural water scheme development through groundwater exploration; biological, chemical and physical analysis of groundwater; installations of water treatment plant systems and geoengineering;

Two and half years of experience in water safety planning and integrated water resources management; watershed/ river basin/ catchment management and Water Governance in sub-Saharan Africa and around the globe to achieve the associated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 6 on sustainable of WASH;

Excellent experience of the water sector in West Africa and around the globe;

Knowledge of cluster participants and how to integrate them into cluster approach;

Ability to mitigate and mediate conflict and disagreement among cluster partners;

Knowledge of UNICEF systems and procedures ( CCC, contracts, m & e);

Excellent experience in working with WASH facilities (borehole operations, hygiene kits, toilet facilities etc.);

Good understanding of project evaluation and monitoring techniques.
