aleI am graduated from Arbaminch University with a B.Sc. Degree in Hydraulic Engineering in July 1999. I am a seasoned professional Engineer having more than 17 years of experience in developing, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting of large-scale and complex infrastructure construction projects. I substantial experience and acquired inspiring skills having managed multiple infrastructure development programs in a verity of context which includes Food Security & Livelihood, Development, Emergency, Rehabilitation, Relief, Disaster-Risk-Reduction and Agricultural development programs.

I am a conscientious and professional personal with extensive experience in managing the development of various infrastructures including Water Supply, Irrigation Infrastructure, Health and Sanitation facilities, Schools, Rural Roads, Culverts and Small Bridges.
