Over 17 year of professional experience on environment/social safeguards, NRM, Biodiversity/Ecosystem and Climate adaptation & mitigation. Experienced environmental and social impact analyst, experienced on the development of ESIA, ESMP, ESMF, RPF, SEP, GRM, OHS and ESHS in infrastructure development for water supply, irrigation development, natural resource conservation and climate change mitigation & resilience, livelihood improvement and forest development projects with a wide range of stakeholders (governmental and international organization financed projects) in Ethiopia, East African region. 

I graduated with Master Degree in Environment and Land Resource Management, and BSc Degree in Natural Resource Management.
