I have Dual Nationality ( Serbian and Turkish). I live in Istanbul, TURKEY with My Family. Since I graduated in 1991 from Technical University of YILDIZ in Istanbul as a Civil Engineer, I have been working many important multinational great construction Projects in Turkey or Abroad.

Since 1st of March 2016, I am still working for a Turkish & Spanish Construction Consulting and Management Joint Venture (TUMAS-TURKISH ENGINEERING CONSULTING, CONTRACTING CO.& Euroestudios S.L.) as a Resident Engineer who is responsible from overall Civil Works for the Construction Project of Establishment of a Common Use Facility(for Furniture & Auto Mechanics) and Small Business Advisory Services Unit funded by both European Community and Turkish Government in TURKEY in AMASIA Province.

But, unfortunately, since 15th of July 2016, due to the upring Military Coup occurred in TURKEY, the Contractor of Project came to the bankruptcy and stopped working at the Site since 19th of September 2016. Therefore, I started to look for a job opportunity.

I would especially like to highlight my last two experiences in my updated CV attached :

1. In Abroad(Azerbaijan) working for the Construction of Waste to Electrical Power Plant in Baku, AZERBAIJAN when I was working as a Civil Supervisor & Civil Work Team Leader for CNIM Inc.(French Company)   is the Main Contractor- design + built + 20 years long operation period for the Construction of Waste to (45MW Capacity)Electrical Energy Power Plant costed approx. 350 million euros for the supervision and inspection of overall Civil (Super and Infra-) Structural Works(approx. 55.000m3 r C30, C35, C40 and C50 type of high strength reinforced Concreting Works such as very low(sensitive) installation limits sometimes within 1mm tolerance for the installation of some specific high diameter(60 or mm) stainless steel anchor bolts in the Formwork Panels of the Rafts for both Turbine&45MW Capacity Fossil type Generator made by SIEMENS), 4500tons of Steel Roofing Erection, overall Finishing Works done including Administration Building and final commisioning works done for each plant areas. Baku Waste to Energy Project was constructed & completed in accordance with  FIDIC (Conditions of Contract for Design, Build and Operate Projects)

2. In Istanbul, TURKEY working for Seismic Reinforcement Project for Large Scale Bridges in Istanbul for  J.B.S.I. (Japan Bridge & Structure Institute Inc.) as a Chief Structural Inspector performing overall responsibility coordinating and following up Site Supervision Team and their activities occurred for the proper civil work execution on site and full administration of Site Inspections in accordance with the Application Drawings issued by I.H.I.(Japanese Main Contractor) and approved by the Engineer(JBSI Inc.) in Japan and related Technical Specifications to fulfill the Seismic Reinforcement Project within the framework of the Loan Agreement (USD 93.000.000 ), (November 2006 – May 2009). Within the structure of such precautions, the target of this Project is to strengthen the important large scale bridges and viaducts on the motorways which form the backbone of Istanbul Metropolis, among which 1st and 2nd BOSPHORUS Suspended Bridges adding huge seismic steel dumpers(absorbers), additional reinforcement steel beams and replacing all the old bearings with new (elastomer type) ones and some of needed hanger plates fixed on top of both sides of BOSPHORUS(suspended) Bridge’s Decks together with their European side Approach Viaducts(No. V408, V409 and V411), Old and New Golden Horn Bridges with their both sides (HALICIOGLU, AYVANSARAY) Approach Viaducts and MECIDIYEKOY Viaduct are also included in this project.

25cm thick Reinforced Concrete Lining was constructed(applied) on all surface around of  each both Piers & Cap Beams with their required R.C. Foundation Enlargements of all  Approach Viaducts adding special seismic steel Falling-Down Prevention Cables(post-tensioned), Steel Dumpers(Absorbers)& Falling-Down Prevention Devices as per approved Drawings. Not only 1cm thick Steel Jacketing was applied(constructed) on all surfaces around of each R.C. Pier in the Sea of both Old & New Golden Horn Bridges, but also steel jacketing done were tightened using 25mm dia. Penetration Bolts with steel U-Beams fixed from inside of pier surfaces filling the gaps with special non-shrinkage mortar between old concrete and new steel jacket surfaces. Replacement of old bearings, R.C. Foundation enlargements and special seismic falling-down prevention devices were also installed in the parts of bridges in the Sea.

In the last period of this project, all of old dilatation profiles on top of both bridges & viaducts’ decks were also replaced(renewed) with the new type ones.
