Mr. Chambal Pandey, P.E., GISP, has over 15 years of experience in the area of natural resource program management, planning, studies, developing and organizing outreach and education, contract management, budgeting, and program coordination with local, state, and federal organizations. His professional career span includes experience from all three job sectors: academia and research for over 5 years, public sector for over 6 years, and private sector for over 4 years. While working in academia and research sector, Mr. Pandey coordinated with the state, local, and federal agency for the statewide water quality BMP implementation program, seek grant funding and partnership opportunities, and organized public outreach and education events to increase awareness for the programs in addition to publishing research, designing, and developing water quality BMPs. In the private sector, Mr. Pandey gained experience in engineering consulting including project management, budget preparation, preparation of financial assurance planning for the restoration programs, and program management including NPDES compliance for the Prince George’s County.
