An agricultural and rural development professional with over 30 years extensive international experience in teaching and development work, working with and providing advice to national and local governments, non profit and community organizations, local leaders and the private sector to address challenging agricultural development, land administration, rural institutions,  natural resource, value chains and agribusiness issues in a range of countries in Africa and East Asia.
