I am a professional Hydropower and Irrigation Engineer with MSC in Hydropower Development (Civil Engineering) obtained from the Department of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2006), BSc in Irrigation Engineering, University of Malawi (2003); I am a certified Prince2 Practitioner for Project Management; and over 16 years work experience in various development fields including irrigation development, agriculture production, hydraulic structures such as rural bridges, small dams, weirs; other rural infrastructure such as feeder roads and rural markets; Integrated Water Resources Management, catchment management, project management, contract and construction management including construction supervision, project evaluation, procurement.
