Our sterile coliform bottles have a 120-mL volume to meet EPA requirements, with a 100-mL mark molded into the polystyrene plastic, encircling the bottle to make it easy to see and feel the fill line. The bottle contains a thiosulfate tablet to remove chlorine and has a tamper proof seal to ensure sterilization.
