I am a highly motivated and driven programme/project manager, with a background in the Social Housing and Water Industries. I have project management experience across areas such as Work Force Management, Change Management, IT, Infrastructure and mergers which demonstrates his ability to adapt to different ways of working.

As well as workforce review projects I have significant project management experience including the facilitation and review of business processes to ensure that any new systems that are being delivered are aligned to the business ways of working, and where required business processes are redesigned or updated. To deliver these types of projects I have managed both internal and external stakeholders and third party consultants to ensure that the projects are high quality, on time and within budget.
