I am a Controls Engineer at heart that has worked predominantly in the Regulated Municipal Water sector in the UK. Whilst designing, developing and delivering Waste & Clean Water projects I have developed an expertise in cross disciplinary working from MEICA, Civils through to Process Engineering. Whilst there are constraints in the way the regulated industry spends money on Capital Delivery schemes I encourage the focus on the best TOTEX solution for any scheme.
