I am a Senior WASH specialist  with 20+ years extensive WASH sector experience in assessments; research; program design, implementation and M&E; resource mobilization and grant Management, ;hardware design and construction contract management in humanitarian, and development and long term resilience contexts. My key summery of professional expertise is shown below;

• WASH program strategy development, planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) both in humanitarian and development contexts
• Design and implementation of Integrated Nutrition, WASH and Food Security programs
• Planning , design ,M&E, and coordination of multi-sector, multi-organization consortium ,resilience projects
• Monitoring and Evaluation of WASH interventions
• Feasibility study, technical design, construction management of community to large scale water supply schemes including solar powered schemes, sanitation facilities, and other rural infrastructures
• Practical experience in the design and implementation of hygiene promotion and social behavioral change interventions
• Fund raising and resource mobilization with grant management from multilateral and international donors (i.e., ECHO, EU/EC, USAID/OFDA, HRF[UN-OCHA], SIDA,IRC/ECHO , NORAD, and Aus-AID)
• Practical experience in planning, facilitation, training of trainers, implementation and M&E of CLTS ,sanitation marketing in integration with behavioral change intervention that includes;
• Capacity building of partners (program staff, government, and NGO partners) on WASH and crosscutting issues
• Management of construction contracts—experience gained from working with clients (PIE, ACF), consultants(GEC) and contractor organizations (SWWCE, GEC)
