Summary
Water Supply and Sanitation is my main filed of expertise, following several nationals and internationals NGO´s projects, the starting of the Government water Program WATER FOR ALL, designed water supply system in the municipal context, supported by public Investment program and more recently, I have actively participated as one of the key member for the design of Water Master Plane of Lubango City.
I have also enhanced my experience through international seminars, and studies abroad, and I would be glad to provide a list of references.
I strongly believe that my academic qualifications along with my experience would be an asset to the Water and Sanitation initiatives in Angola.
