He was born in 1988 in Bayburt. He completed his primary, secondary, high school in Bayburt. He started his bachelor in 2008 at Faculty of Engineering, department of “Environmental Engineering” at Erciyes University and then graduated in 2013 as an “Environmental Engineer”. In the second half of 2013, he was in Estonia for Erasmus in University of Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool, department of “Environmental Engineering”.



Thereafter,he received his MSc degree from the University of Birmingham in River Environment and their Management specializing in hydromorphological monitoring and hydromorphological pressure impact assessment within the scope of river basin management plans in 2016.He is currently Technical Delegate in Turkey Ski Federation. He is married.



He is currently working on determining principles, strategies and policies of water quality monitoring and preparing and update the basin monitoring programs; to identify monitoring stations, monitoring parameters, monitoring intervals and monitoring methods. Also he has experience tracing to publish guidance documents and to determine, control and report the qualifications required for laboratories doing water quality measurements.



 He joined ​in several ​EU working groups ​and technical ​committees and worked with team of experts to study development of river and lake water bodies hydromorphological assessment indices specific to Turkey. In addition to this, he works steps of determination of heavily modified water bodies/artificial water bodies. Moreover, he experienced in natural river process, erosion, deposition, sedimentation and hydromorphological pressures affecting these processes in rivers.



He is also ​interested in “Agricultural İrrigation and Water Management”. His PhD studies’ on this subject are still continuing.
