Fernand Nzamurambaho Muhirwa, Sr. Water and Sanitation Engineer

I am an engineer in construction with a master’s degree in water and sanitation and experienced manager with over 22 years of working in international development, including 15 years in developing countries manly in Africa. I bring technical expertise in designing and implementing activities and assessments targeting water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure. I have worked with public and private water and sanitation service providers in urban and rural areas to improve their service delivery. I have successfully engaged with manufacturers, suppliers and technical experts to build and maintain working relationships that have been critical to the success of each project/program.
