• Management of new and existing relationships through Direct Customers, Brokers, Strategic Brokers, or through TPI’s
•Liaise with Direct Customers, Broker, Strategic Broker, Customer or TPI to ensure customer requirements are defined and implemented
•Build relationships with peer field sales manager and support functions to share best practice and drive continuous improvement that contributes to the customer experience and adds value.
•Source appropriate Industry and customer information to identify potential growth value and customer acquisition opportunities
•Ensure sales are compliant with internal SLAs and external standards
•Share information with pricing and contract risk teams to enhance the customer experience
•Develop strategies for retaining & requiring customer’s contracts and contribute to strategy discussions
•Work with support and contract administration teams to support the process of contract generation
