Frank Shrier

Frank Shrier, Certified Fisheries Professional, MS-Fish Ecology, University of Idaho.  Principal Aquatic Scientist at PacifiCorp, Portland, Oregon.  Mr. Shrier assists fish passage engineering design teams with emphasis on the fish’s point of view.  He is also part of the Fish Passage Operations group on PacifiCorp’s Lewis River project and has worked on the Lewis River in fisheries resources and water quality for the past 30 years.  Mr. Shrier is currently the Chair of the Lewis River Aquatics Coordination Committee that oversees implementation of aquatic-related projects on the Lewis River, WA. His project area ranges from the lower Columbia River tributaries to eastern Idaho and Utah.
