Mr. Gavu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Climate Change Expert, Microsoft Project Manager, an Environmental & Social Safeguards Specialist and an Organization System Development (OSD) Expert with over 20 years of research and consulting experience to his credit experience. He is currently a Short Term Consultant (STC) for the World Bank supporting about 14 Projects with Environmental Safeguards supervision and monitoring in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

 

Mr. Gavu has obtained several Professional Certificates from the Project Management Institute (PMI), The World Bank, Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), UNIDO, UNEP, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI), Ibis West Africa/Nkum Associates/Gestalt Institute of Cleveland Organization and System Development (OSD) Centre, Ohio, USA and Merjja Technologies after his graduation from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi in 1993 with a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Environmental Chemistry.

 

The PMP Certificate has provided me with enhanced and additional skills, techniques and tools in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closure of projects as well as the needed ethics for good performance of these projects.
