Freedom is a highly motivated, ambitious and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills. He works under minimum supervision in the Environmental Services industry Developing and Implementing ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO50001:2018 Energy Management Systems. He guides companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) to develop Sustainability Reports according to the Global Reporting Initiative Standards (GRI) in compliance with S.I 134 OF 2019 and conducts AA1000 Sustainability Assurance to verify authenticity of Sustainability Reports.Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA), Carbon Footprint Analysis, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are areas he also offers consulting services in. In addition to that he offers consulting services for companies writing procedures and legal registers, Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), Corporate Environmental Management and Life Cycle Assessments. Furthermore, Waste Management, Resource Efficiency & Cleaner Production, Environmental Innovation, Environmental Impact Assessments, and Biodiversity Conservation are part of his work.
