Hue Nguyen, Water resources management and environmental policy analyst
Summary
As an environmental policy analyst and a water engineer, I have worked for over 10 years with the UN, Fauna & Flora International, Mekong River Commission, and the Vietnamese Government. I hold two Master of Science degrees, one in water engineering and management from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) in which I focused on groundwater resources management and hydrogeology as well as sanitary engineering and water quality management. My other MSc degree was on environmental policy and management from a consortium of four European universities, including the university of Manchester, Lund university, the Central European University and the university of Aegean. My master’s thesis at Stuttgart describes the transport and degradation behaviours of a group of poly- and perfluorinated chemicals in soil.
