About

I am construction professional with exceptional professional and academic background in the fields of civil engineering and project-construction management, with 13 years of experience.  My involvement has primarily been with the delivery of lectures in the field of Construction and Project Management and Organization and Technology of Construction Works at University of Novi Sad. Also, my involvement as an Consultant/Expert Associate has been with projects delivering for clients in various sectors. This mostly includes feasibility and pre-feasibility studies, bills of quantities, cost analysis (cost estimating, cost control, cost monitoring, cost-benefit, etc.) and planning and scheduling in construction industry. 

With well-developed IT and analytical skills I am adept in implementing a range of project and construction management methods to ensure effective and efficient project delivery. Familiar with International standards like FIDIC, NEC, etc. I am interested in new technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), AI (Artificial Intelligence) in construction industry and also Lean Construction and Agile Project management. I have constantly kept in touch with the latest developments in project and construction management through speaking engagements at international conferences and university lecturing.
