Jihgaw Lin
About
Prof. Jih-Gaw Lin has been a professor in the Institute of Environmental Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan since 2000 and served as a Director of the Institute in 2002/08-2004/07 and 2012/08-2014/07. Prof. Lin did his BS in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 1976. After this he worked as an Engineer (1976-1980) at Taiwan Water Supply Corporation. Later, Prof. Lin did Master in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and PhD in Engineering Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1982 and 1989, respectively. His research interests have been Environmental Biotechnology and emphasized on Next Generation Biotechnologies for Wastewater Treatment. He has published more than 100 research articles in reputed international journals and has more than 15 patents in Taiwan, China, Japan, US, EU etc.Industry experience
