For 20 years I have been developing global markets in leading technology companies and driving international growth initiatives by building powerful sales and service organizations with a high customer focus. The close cooperation of regional organizations necessary for growth required comprehensive intercultural change management and the establishment of an Enough is not enough mindset. Adapting products to regional market and customer needs and creating cross-regional operational excellence were also prerequisites for expanding profitable business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

After 15 years with the company, I am currently reorienting myself with the aim of taking on a new international management role
