Civil Engineer holding a Master's degree in Water Resources, he has 20 years of professional experience dedicated exclusively to water engineering, in the educational, public and private sectors.He was Head of the Hydrology department of the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), where he was responsible for the management of surface water resources and the hydrometric network of Catalonia.
In 2010, together with two entrepreneurs and the Inclam group, he founded the company Water Idea SA for strategic consulting in Water Governance and Optimization of Water Resources Management.
Since 2016 he has been the Managing Director of WatEner SL, the new technological line of Inclam Group and Eurecat: a web platform for improving operation of water utilities in the water-energy nexus using AI:
