I am the Environmental Compliance Supervisor for one of the locations of an industry leading Agricultural Processing Plants in the United States. My responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of our mechanical wastewater treatment facility. We treat anywhere from 250 to 300 million gallons of high strength wastewater (10,000 - 70,000 mg/l COD) a year. We utilize both anaerobic and aerobic processes to achieve discharge quality water.
