Karim ZEROUALI, a Geographic Information System (GIS) engineer, is a State Engineer specialized in coastal planning. With ten (10) years of professional experience, he has strong expertise in applying GIS to public services and has acquired numerous skills relevant to the project, including: GIS project management, GIS implementation, geographic database design, and the design and modeling of various utility networks (Electricity, Gas, Water Supply, and Sewerage). He notably contributed to establishing a GIS for road network management and a GIS for managing fisheries and marine resources in Algeria.

Karim ZEROUALI has strong command of Geographic Information Systems, and more specifically:

Application of GIS to public utility networks (Electricity, Gas, Water Supply, and Sewerage),

Utility Network:

• Modeling and full configuration of public utility networks,

• Implementation of attribute rules, topology rules, and subnetworks,
