Has successfully managed over four billion dollars in water and wastewater construction projects in the Washington and Baltimore areas.
Responsible for evaluating innovative drinking water and wastewater treatment technologies and green infrastructure projects for EPA. Active in EPA’s Innovative Water Cluster Program in promoting collaborative research of universities, industries and entrepreneurs into new technologies and solutions to address a variety of water issues and promoting the adoption of new technologies. EPA Liaison to Temple University's "Water and Environmental Technology Center" for research and innovation in the water and wastewater field. .
Expertise in stormwater management, energy and water conservation, sustainability, climate change, as well as biosolids and biochar utilization.
Has represented EPA both nationally and internationally in the area of hazardous site remediation, biosolids utilization, and utility security.
