I have experience of:-
Procurement / supply chain - mainly within Utility industries (water / wastewater / gas / electricity distribution / telecoms) with some retail and defence industry too.

Creating and running purchasing joint ventures and running over 50 reverse auctions / eTendering events in UK and USA. Collaboration with construction partners to deliver £3bn 5 year capital programme.
 

Sponsor of several successful change projects includsing learning and development and new processes and systems.

EU legislation - Public Utility Procurement Directive, Alcatel ruling, Use of supplier qualification systems, competition distortion.

Learning & Development, Sustainability / Corporate Responsibility.
eP2P and Purchasing Consortium (JV) experience.

Continuous improvement of processes, people and systems to unlock supply chain efficiencies. 

Significant supplier performance improvement and whole life cost reductions.

MCIPS qualified through examination.
