About

I am a resourceful and dedicated person, committed to working hard and taking every opportunity to improve myself. I have the drive to help my community and the environment around me, and have done so through volunteering and working with academic professionals. For example, recently I have had the experience of working with the Nebraska Mesonet over this past summer in 2025, from May to August. I was responsible for sifting through data bases, setting up the equipment used for measuring meteorological data such as wind speed and direction, precipitation amounts, temperatures, humidity levels, soil moisture, and solar radiation, and driving to remote locations using a heavy duty truck, and a loaded trailer. I have experience in job shadows and internships, and I hope to go into a hydrological-based position when I graduate in December.
