I am a recent graduate of Oregon State University, where I received 2 Master's degrees (Water Policy & Management and Geography) and am in the process of completing the Water Conflict Management and Transformation Certificate. 

I am the owner and founder of Phase Vision, a woman-owned small business based in Portland, OR that offers facilitation, mediation, and conflict management services. I specialize in aggregate (crushed stone, sand, and gravel) mining and have a particular interest in enhancement reclamation, which is the return of mine sites to a new, secondary beneficial use.
