I am ex Lt Colonol of Pakistan Army. I have vast experience of security and administration of Army service . Presently I am serving as Principal in a college of Pakistan Army welfare branch.

I want to establish an NGO which could help poor n needy people of my area , which is a backward underdeveloped part of Pakistan , Azad Kashmir.

In this modern world our ladies are fetching water on thre heads from far flung areas and face lots of difficulties . I am looking for International NGO who can help me prouduce solution for provision of clean drinking water for my area .

Its a hilly area which is located above River Jhleum in Azad Kashmir , and the river could be used as a source of water but it's way below the populated areas hence carriage of water is difficult .

Any one who can help me on this cause is most wellcome . I assure to provide fool proof Security and logistic support for the NGO
