My name is Lucy Tembo, a female civil engineer from Zambia. I have a Master’s Degree in Municipal Infrastructure, specializing in Urban Water Engineering and Management. I am currently working for Millennium Challenge Account- Zambia, an entity implementing an urban water project on behalf of the Government of Zambia. I have experience in Project concept formulation, procurement, design and project management of engineering services for both consultants and works contracts. My skills also includes supervision works, Stakeholder engagement and Project risk management.
