Cuadro de texto: Communications Professional She holds a degree in Communications and has wide experience in the design and management of social development projects with emphasis on business at the bottom of the pyramid, health promotion and water and sanitation.Familiar with participatory methodologies for the promotion of behavioral change (Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS), Santolic, SARAR, PHAST, among others) and inclusion of the gender approach.

She has served in different positions carrying out from technical to managerial activities, and promoting innovative and successful projects, such as the promotion of sanitation markets or the adoption of management models based on public and private social alliances.

She has worked in conjunction with institutions of the public and private sector at regional, national and international level, including Ministries (Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Health, and Planning), local governments and non-governmental organizations.  She has worked with cooperation agencies, such as the Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) of the World Bank and UNICEF, BID, AECID,ILO  as well as with relevant NGOs.  Trained in the search of financial resources, and in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of participatory projects. 

Capable of working with multidisciplinary teams, preparing evaluation proposals, and monitoring state programs, regional strategies and intervention projects at local level.  Extensive experience in the preparation of knowledge management events and documents.
