I have over 17 years work experience involve in program & portfolio management, with the last 7 years working progressively in the development & humanitarian program and operations management, experienced in integrated emergency and recovery programs, primarily in military, insurgency and inter-ethnic conflict, post-conflict and post-natural disasters settings, very good at security management, recruitment, on-boarding and building high performance team.
