Michel S. Chalhoub

About

Michel S. Chalhoub conducts research in water resources, infrastructure, and sustainable development planning and implementation.  His field work in Mediterranean countries addresses water resource management from technical and public policy perspectives.  He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University where he worked on cooperative research and development and environmental technologies. He is a licensed  professional  engineer  (P.E.)  and  structural  engineer  (S.E.)  in  the  State  of  California. Chalhoub is an Associate Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Notre Dame University.
