I hold M. Sc (Hons.) degree in (Horticulture) and MBA degree in Project Management. I am associated with the social development sector for the last 20 years. I have worked with a number of national and international organizations and projects including BAP-MSI-USAID, DAI, ASF-CNFA-USAID, MDP/FSSP-USAID, FDP-USAID, DTW-USAID, FATA-CBP-USAID, AGES-USAID, AGES-Govt. of KP, GIZ-Govt. of KP, World Vision, ACTED, WaterAid, IRD, IUCN, BEFARe, CBRM-IC, SDC, WSP-The World Bank, CIP-The World Bank, EIROP-UNDP, CHEF-CBM, DSP-ADB, GIZ, CESSD-CoWater, DTCE-UNDP, IRSP, CAMP, Aurat Foundation, AfghanAid, Khwendo Kor etc. Recently, I worked with MSI as Agriculture Sector Specialist to conduct final evaluation of Balochistan Agriculture Project (BAP) implemented by FAO-USAID.

 

Local government, Institutional Development, Community Development, Gender, Agriculture and Agribusiness, On- and Off-farm Livelihood, Enterprise Development, Interest-free Micro-financing, Water and Sanitation, and Primary Education remains prime focus of my involvement. Within these sectors, I provide consulting and training services in project proposal and LFA development, designing and conducting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) studies, process monitoring, participatory techniques of data collection (FGDs, group interviews, social mapping, transect walk, case studies etc.), designing and conducting perception surveys, report writing, conducting social assessments, baselines and feasibility studies, Participatory Rapid Horticulture/Livestock Appraisal (PRHA/LA), value chain analysis, organizational capacity assessment and organizational development (OCA-OD), strategic planning, and needs assessments.
