Key Accountability & Responsibility
• Build the Sealed Air Food Care name in the water management space and achieve the financial and non-financial objectives defines in the strategic and business plan
• Manage on a global basis the alliance with the water treatment portfolio provider
• Manage the water management selling process
• Owns the Water treatment annual business plan and related Stratex initiatives.
• Leads timely generation of high quality knowledge, capital and case studies.
• Support creation of water management sales collateral and sales efforts by teaming with Mar-Com, Global Sector Marketing, Corporate Account Management, Regional Sales and Sector Marketing as needed.
• Lead implementation of pricing policies , terms and conditions and SLA’s for Water Solutions .
• Select and assess relevant business partners and contractors against execution needs.
• Participate in Water Solutions - focused contract negotiations.
• Identify and address Water management and treatment training needs and ensure Hygiene solutions personnel are consistently well trained.
