Started in water industry in sept. 2004 on active leakage & validation contract projects being involved in various Victoria mains replacement projects. 

Joined Thameswater as a network engineers in 2008 where I progressed in various roles to incorporate customer E2E journey. Firstly moving into Field operations specialist role in 2010, assisting field team on complex jobs and managing events. In 2014 moved across to R&M contact supervisor overseeing and supporting repair contractors and engaging stakeholders in terms of HA's, TFL ect. Moved on to completion & compliance supervisor/manager in 2016 improving and managing end process i.e. Reinstatements and quality, 

Started current role in Jan. 2017 as operations manager for strategic teams delivering on large assets maintenance and proj ct sippprt teams supporting capital delivery projects.
