Landscape Manager

Manage daily activities of 24 foreign national staff and 13 local national Iraqis
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
Responsible for the design and maintenance of hardscape and structures.
Work with other managers and contractors in planning for construction of new buildings or other structures and modifications to existing structures to ensure minimal damage is done to existing grounds.

Study grounds and working drawings to determine required work tools, equipment, and sequence of operations and optimum use of manpower.

Perform other administrative tasks including ordering material, inventorying, scheduling work, and preparing reports.
Responsible for facility custodianship of work areas and management of tools, equipment, and spare parts for the groundskeeping operation.
Implement a Safety Plan and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Develop and present groundskeeping equipment training classes.
Develop and implement a training program for the site groundskeeping team to increase the knowledge of team members to include SOP’s, SOW, PWS, Quality Control Plan, tool usage, Safety, Property Procedures, HazMat handling procedures, and groundcover materials.
