• Prepared work plan and schedules, properly implemented bridge construction at Aromo and Bata sub counties.

• I drafted job descriptions and recruited field staff to help in the bridges’ construction.

NWSCO’s office block plan for Tororo was successfully revised and constructed according to building standard meanwhile the extension of water works from Tororo reservoir tank to Malaba tank was completed and tested.

• I supervised 2hand pump mechanics and a social worker, Prepared project proposal, Guided and advised on planning, built team work, assigned and delegated work, ensured proper and timely execution of all the engineering projects

• Monitored and reviewed performance, held staff accountable for meeting the success criteria. Gave corrective feedback where required and took decisive action in the case of poor performance.

• In agreement with partners, jointly developed program and project proposals, assessed the existing capacities to manage and implement the work.

• Lead program design and proposal writing in support of the program and Country strategy, ensuring that compliance to Program Cycle Management is carried out to a high standard.
