• Main relevant experiences:
 Currently, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Latin America Region reporting directly to Headquarters in Paris and to the Americas’ CEO in the US. Responsible for the implementation and management of the Latin America Compliance Program, including: face to face training of 431 employees in 2016, compliance website design and update with all relevant group procedures and policies, whistleblowing channel and participation on the board and COMEX meetings of the region.
 Legal Manager for Latin America responsible for the analysis, negotiation and validation of offers and contracts in all the region dealing with offers above R$ 300 million in pulp and paper, oil & gas, mining, food and beverage, pharma and other relevant markets.
 Head of the Litigation and Civil Law Practice Group at Amaral Gurgel Fisher & Forster Advogados. Also had a strong role in general advice of Civil Law and Contractual affairs for clients in the infrastructure sector;
 Appointed as Adviser of the Third Disciplinary Team of the Ethics and Discipline Tribunal of the Bar Association, Section of São Paulo – TED III, for 2008 and 2009.
